Not to forget relaxation and the best medicine, laughter. Norman Cousins describes in "Anatomy of an Illness" how it helped him heal from ‘incurable’ disease. No matter what state your health is in, it’s up to YOU to improve it. It may not be easy to shift habits of a lifetime but it may be the most rewarding decision ever. Mahatma Ghandi said: "The future depends on what we do in the present."
