Feedback on Fiberblend
I am really liking the Fiberblend and Barley Green (although the taste is still hard for me). In fact, just doing two things -- eating the right kinds of food in the right portions and often, and taking the Fiberblend, I have dropped 11 lbs of fat since the beginning of April! I only know that because I was at the doctor's on Monday for my annual physical and had to weigh in. The last time I weighed myself at home was just before I started making the changes right after Easter Weekend. I am really pleased and feel really good -- and don't feel like I am denying myself anything. In fact, I find I have to eat so much and so often, a bit more of a challenge then I ever guessed. I also find I am not craving the sweets (chocolate and pastries are my weakness), now that I am properly fueling my body.

I have a funny Fiberblend story. The first week I was taking it, I continued to drink 8-10 large glasses of water every day, and my body seemed to be able to handle the increased fibre without any problem. Then on the Friday, I only drank about half that much water, had a beer at lunchtime and 3 glasses of wine that night. The next day I woke up with the WORST hangover I have EVER had. I was so dehydrated I drank 2 litres of water before I finally felt normal again. It was such a weird experience, I could actually "feel" the water rehydrating my body. Anyway, lesson learned. Drink lots of water, and more when you consume alcohol - not that I do much of that, but once in a while I like to splurge! I have never felt that bad after three glasses of wine before -- maybe after 5 shots of Tequila!
